Now it's mandatory to define tournament start time and registrations until time.

It happened in the past that tournament was pubished without tournament start time being stated and until when registrations can be made. That made attending tournament difficult and it was necessary to call organizer to see when should players arive to the venue.
To avoid such situations in the future, now it is mandatory to  state when the tournament starts and until when registrations can be made.
Such information is displayed at the tournament page.
