Umpires and Referee: Matches in the Qual.groups will be conducted by the players. Matches in the knock-out phase will be
conducted by National Umpires - provided by the organizer.
All players are advised to follow the ITTF rules

Equipment: Tables: Depending of total number of tournament participants, 9-16 tables will be used.

Hospitality: Light breakfast 11-12a.m
Common dinner with music will be held in reastaurant GAMA after table tennis event .
Tap water in Skopje is drinkable . Bottled water will be provided in the hall as well
Accomodation: Option 1 : hotel 15+ EUR /day
Option 2 : appartment /room 35+ EUR ( 4 person)
Option 3: hostel 7-13 EUR

Deadlines: In order to achieve optimal tournament plan, you are kindly advised to confirm your participation by
sending your application form not later than 1st of May.
Applications half an hour prior the start of the tournament are possible but players will be organized
in additional subgroups .
Health Condition All participants are responsible for their own health condition and participate on the tournament on
their own risk .
